Describe Your Ideal Client: Understand who your present customers are and what similarities they have.

Define your customer with the following criteria: Demographics – their age, gender, income; Psychographics – their personality type, preferences; Behavior – their similar likes and dislikes, sports, hobbies

Locate Your Customer: Find the places your customer is attracted to, whether a physical location or a cyber space where they gather with others.  Where do they hang out?  What do they read? Both online and offline?  What do they search for online?
